About Tawakal
A locally rooted organization with national reach
Founded by Somali women in Hargeisa, Tawakal WCO works alongside communities rather than for them. Our teams combine grassroots trust with rigorous programme management, delivering services in protection, education, livelihoods, and human rights across urban and rural districts.
