Women's Empowerment

Economic, social, and political empowerment for women through savings groups, leadership training, and advocacy.

Our women's empowerment programme supports women to take control of their income, their households, and their place in public life. We organise village savings and loan associations, deliver enterprise training, and provide small start-up grants to women launching or expanding a business.

Alongside economic support, we run leadership schools that prepare women to participate in local councils, community committees, and peace-building forums, so that decisions affecting women are made with women in the room.
